jade oolong tea
|
When Dutch explorers discovered Taiwan they called the island beautiful which
translated into formosa. Today oolong teas from Taiwan are often referred
to as formosa teas. Our jade oolong is a lighter oolong that is almost
green in appearance. This delicate tea releases a delightful fragrance
while steeping and creates an exquisitely flavored tea. If you have never
enjoyed a lighter oolong, our jade oolong is the perfect place to start.
For best results, allow tea leaves to circulate freely while steeping. You
can use an infuser basket or just add the loose tea to the teapot and strain
while serving.
Teas are best when used within one year of purchase. To protect teas from
the damaging effects of air and light, tea should be stored in opaque, airtight
containers. We use resealable foil bags that keep your tea fresh and
delicious.
