The mild, fruity flavor of bai mu dan white tea is the perfect accompanient to
the light citrus flavor of bergamot. Now white tea lovers can enjoy this
classic flavored tea.
For best results, use one teaspoon of loose tea for each cup of boiling
water. Steep 3 - 5 minutes to desired strength.
For delicious iced tea, steep 2 teaspoons of loose tea for each cup of boiling
water for 5 minutes. Dilute with equal amounts of water and chill.
If desired, sweeten with a simple syrup made by blending equal parts of sugar
and hot water.
Teas are best when used within one year of purchase. To protect teas from
the damaging effects of air and light, tea should be stored in opaque, airtight
